Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Training Specialist II to develop and deliver the Rhode Island Energy contact center training curriculum. The role involves creating ILT modules, job aids, assessments, and eLearning assets, ensuring staff can deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coordinate programs with evolving product systems and drive continuous improvement across training materials. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training, strong facilitation skills, and familiarity with LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of progressive training experience.
• Utility experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to create and facilitate technical and operational training programs and material for classroom and e-learning.
• Ability to absorb information from multiple stakeholders and develop practical training solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, develops, plans, and executes all facets of the RIE Contact Center training curriculum including ILT modules, manuals, job aids, eLearning assets, and assessments.
• Facilitates instructor led and on-the-job training programs leveraging existing and new training resources, systems, and tools.
• Collaborates with operational and product teams to identify gaps in training curriculum and future requirements.
• Maintains and reports on program participation, assessment results, retraining requirements and suggested improvements.
• Engages with functional leaders to implement training program requirements and drive enhancements.
