Job summary

Aramsco, Inc. is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager - Traffic Safety to drive growth across the national public-sector market. You will build relationships with state DOTs, local transportation departments, and contractors, develop account plans, and coordinate proposals with internal teams.

You will lead the development of a robust traffic-safety pipeline, manage forecasts, and align resources to revenue and margin goals, with travel to meet customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, construction management, transportation, public administration, or related field preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in traffic safety, roadway infrastructure, transportation services, or related industry.
• Experience in public-sector sales, national accounts, or market expansion with state DOTs or similar agencies.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Traffic Safety business plan with revenue and gross-margin goals.
• Develop and manage a national pipeline of public-sector accounts including state DOTs and municipalities.
• Lead consultative business development, qualify opportunities, and close new business.
• Represent Aramsco at industry events and maintain relationships with agencies and partners.
• Travel regularly to meet customers and participate in industry activities.
