Aramsco is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for Traffic Safety in Texas. The role focuses on growing our traffic-safety portfolio by building durable relationships with state DOTs, local transportation departments, toll authorities, municipalities, and contractors.

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
10+ years in traffic safety, roadway infrastructure, or related public-sector sales.
Experience with public-sector procurement, bidding, and government contracting processes.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the Traffic Safety business plan with revenue and margin goals.
Develop and manage a national pipeline of public-sector and strategic accounts.
Build relationships with DOTs, municipalities, and contractors to drive opportunities.
Lead opportunities from qualification to closing, coordinating with internal teams.
