Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. Traffic Project Manager to join our Columbus or Akron offices and lead high-impact traffic engineering projects across Ohio.

You will own project delivery, grow PRIME AE’s traffic engineering presence in Ohio, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and deliver innovative traffic solutions that improve mobility and safety. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• Active Ohio PE license required.
• 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering and project management.
• Experience with ODOT projects and final design.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, and design of traffic engineering projects and manage project teams.
• Develop scope, schedule, and fee proposals for traffic projects.
• Manage budgets and schedules; ensure financial performance.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide quality control for plans, specifications, and reports.
• Mentor junior staff and support team growth.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead meetings and proposals.
• Support business development and client engagement.
