Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead traffic and transportation projects in Columbus, OH. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Ohio PE license or eligible within six months.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive traffic/transportation engineering and PM experience.
• Experience managing Ohio DOT, county, municipal transportation projects.
• Knowledge of ODOT processes, AASHTO and MUTCD requirements.
• Ability to lead scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships.
• Strong written and spoken communication with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accountable for projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage scopes, fees, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with staff, subconsultants, and clients.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue, budgets, invoicing, and profitability.
• Maintain regular client communication on progress and issues.
• Mentor Deputy PMs, engineers, and staff; support business development.
