OHM Advisors is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary transportation projects in the Columbus area. You will oversee scope, schedule, budgets, and QA/QC while mentoring staff and building client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, experience with OpenRoads Designer, ODOT standards, and a proven record in business development for civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with engineers, planners, and subcontractors to deliver quality design and construction

Qualifications

• Registered as a Professional Engineer with state licensure.
• Experience in business development, marketing, and sales skills.
• Understanding of ODOT Project Development Processes and criteria.
• Experience on ODOT, ODOT LAP, and municipal roadway projects.
• Experience working with County Engineers, City Managers, and Councils.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer/MicroStation.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on transportation projects.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee project quality, deliverables, and QA/QC.
• Mentor entry-level staff and manage sub-consultants.
• Develop design plans, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Communicate project status clearly to team and clients.
• Support project planning, funding processes, and client goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, technicians, and clients.
