American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead traffic and transportation projects from Columbus, OH. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, risk management, staff development, and business development to grow the Traffic Group and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ohio PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in traffic/transportation engineering with PM responsibilities.
• Experience managing ODOT, LPA, county, or municipal transportation projects in Ohio.
• Strong knowledge of ODOT processes, standards, and MUTCD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects from initiation through final delivery and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, fees, schedules, budgets, work plans, staffing needs, and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with internal staff, subconsultants, clients, stakeholders, and reviewing agencies.
• Monitor project financial performance, including earned revenue, budgets, invoicing, profitability, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain regular client communication regarding progress, decisions, schedules, budgets, and issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on satisfaction and repeat business.
• Mentor Deputy Project Managers and engineers; support business development and backlog growth.
• Promote collaboration across groups and design centers in alignment with ONE company philosophy.
