Job summary
Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) seeks a licensed Senior Traffic & ITS Engineer to lead the delivery of transportation projects for the Traffic & ITS team. The role offers growth opportunities, mentorship for junior staff, and involvement in marketing, proposals, and internal training.
You will oversee delivery across multiple traffic-ITS projects, direct resources, and contribute to strategic planning while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10–20 years of progressively more complex post-registration engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent from an ABET Accredited University, majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Responsibilities
- Maintain responsible charge over multiple traffic-ITS projects
- Lead marketing efforts for the traffic-ITS discipline (preparation of Letter of Response and other Technical Proposals)
- Direct traffic-ITS Group resources to produce a quality product
- Provide quality control reviews when necessary
- Assist in the strategy planning and growth of the PGA Traffic-ITS Group
- Requires no technical supervision
- Complete tasks and projects within established supervisor’s expectations
