Job summary

Patel, Greene & Associates, LLC (PGA) seeks a licensed Senior Traffic & ITS Engineer to lead the delivery of transportation projects across the Traffic & ITS team. You will oversee technical delivery, direct resources, mentor junior staff, and participate in growth, marketing, and proposals within a collaborative, mission-driven firm.

Responsibilities include managing multiple traffic-ITS projects, leading proposals, ensuring quality control, and guiding strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 10–20 years post-registration experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff, manage multiple projects, and liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for multiple traffic-ITS projects.
• Lead marketing efforts including proposals for the traffic-ITS discipline.
• Direct traffic-ITS Group resources to deliver a quality product.
• Provide quality control reviews.
• Assist in strategy planning and growth of the PGA Traffic-ITS Group.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
