Job summary

Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) seeks a driven Professional Engineer (PE) to support and grow the Traffic & ITS team. The role offers leadership across technical execution, project delivery, and mentoring junior staff while contributing to marketing efforts on transportation projects with direct community impact.

The ideal candidate will possess a PE license, 0–10 years’ post-registration experience in traffic/ITS design, and a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited

Qualifications

Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
0–10 years of progressively more complex post-registration Traffic and/or ITS design experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an ABET Accredited University, majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in all traffic-ITS concepts
Lead tasks and support project delivery under supervision
Direct Engineer Interns, designers, and technicians in completing traffic-ITS tasks
Mentor junior staff and provide frequent peer reviews
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across transportation projects
Support business development and marketing efforts on smaller projects
