Job summary

Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) seeks a licensed Senior Traffic & ITS Engineer to lead the delivery of transportation projects across our Traffic & ITS team. You will oversee technical delivery, direct resources, and contribute to growth and strategic planning in PGA's discipline.

As a senior team member, you will lead marketing and proposals, perform QA reviews, mentor junior staff, and support internal training initiatives while advancing career growth within a collaborative, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States.
• 10–20 years of progressive post-registration engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple traffic-ITS projects.
• Lead marketing efforts for traffic-ITS discipline (preparation of Letter of Response and other Technical Proposals).
• Direct traffic-ITS group resources to produce a quality product.
• Provide quality control reviews when necessary.
• Assist in strategy planning and growth of PGA's Traffic-ITS Group.
• Requires no technical supervision.
• Complete tasks and projects within established supervisor's expectations.
