Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• 0-10 years of post-registration traffic/ITS design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in traffic-ITS concepts and lead tasks.
• Support project delivery and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and assist Task Managers with project admin.
• Lead marketing efforts for less complex projects.
• Direct Engineers Interns, designers, and technicians with peer reviews.
