Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification is a plus.
• General computer knowledge including Excel, Word, and PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery team by delegating technical/design tasks and coaching team members.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for projects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing in coordination with Project Managers.
• Engage with clients in meetings, reviews, and progress discussions.
• Provide technical guidance and present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
