You will mentor staff, guide technical design, and provide client leadership on high-visibility projects. The role emphasizes innovation, industry leadership, and collaboration with other engineers.

The successful candidate will have PE licensure, 5+ years of experience, and a track record mentoring junior staff while delivering quality reports and designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery team by delegating technical/design tasks and coaching those involved.
• Lead QA/QC processes for projects and advise on necessary team-wide changes.
• Document, review and implement lessons learned with Project Managers.
• Participate in client meetings and proactively communicate complex issues and solutions.
