Job summary

McClure Engineering Company seeks a Senior Traffic Engineer (Senior PE) to lead a growing Transportation team. You will manage complex projects, mentor junior staff, and help shape technical standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, client interaction, and innovation, with responsibilities spanning design reviews, QA/QC, and coordination across disciplines. PE license required; PTOE a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• PE license required for practice.
• PTOE certification is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery team by delegating technical tasks and coaching team members.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians.
• Perform QA/QC on reports, plans and specifications to ensure quality and standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other disciplines across projects.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to communicate complex technical solutions.
