McClure Engineering Company seeks a Senior Traffic Engineer (Senior PE) to lead critical transportation projects and mentor junior staff. You will guide design teams, ensure QA/QC, and advance innovative solutions in collaboration with the transportation group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• PTOE certification is a plus.
• General computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PDF).

Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery team by delegating technical/design tasks and coaching those involved.
• Coordinate QA/QC processes for projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance technical capabilities.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Lead schedules, budgets, and staffing with the Project Manager.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
