McClure Engineering Company is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer (Senior PE) to lead a growing Transportation team and act as a technical thought leader. You will mentor junior staff, oversee deliverables, and help drive project success with a focus on quality and innovation.

The role emphasizes team leadership, client coordination, and advancing industry best practices while supporting project milestones, budgets, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• PTOE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team to deliver high-quality reports, plans, and specs.
• Mentor junior team members and transfer knowledge.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers on milestones and reviews.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and suggest improvements across projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing with Project Managers.
