RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor II to oversee lane closures on state highways and other roadways, lead crews, and ensure safety compliance. The role includes transporting equipment, mentoring staff, and maintaining project documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of traffic control experience, ATSSA certification, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts across multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Minimum of 3–4 years (6,000+ hours) of traffic control experience.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
• Must complete ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor advanced training.

Responsabilités

• Operate company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Lead daily traffic control crews, including Traffic Control Technicians and Flaggers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to crew members.
• Mentor and train new hires in traffic control procedures.
• Complete timesheets and job documentation daily.
• Set up and monitor traffic control devices on job sites.
