Qualifications

• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel statewide as required and work nights/weekends/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee traffic control operations for assigned projects, including setting up, monitoring, and removing lane closures on state highways.
• Lead and mentor traffic control crews including Technicians and Flaggers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, PPE, and company policies.
• Deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks to crew members.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and timesheets daily.
• Operate MOT and TMA vehicles as needed to protect workers.
• Set up and manage traffic control devices and signs on worksites.
