Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting front-office trading systems in hedge funds or banks.
• Hands-on with FIX, SQL, Linux, and Python in production trading environments.
• Experience with FlexTrade or similar OMS/EMS platforms.
• Strong communication with PMs/Traders and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line production support for trading systems across OMS/EMS, FIX, APIs.
• Investigate and resolve issues in orders, executions, allocations, and P&L.
• Monitor system reliability and coordinate UAT, releases, and upgrades.
• Develop Python tools to automate workflows and improve support.
