Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with strong FIX Engineering and front-office production support experience. The role focuses on supporting mission-critical, globally distributed trading environments and electronic/algorithmic trading platforms.

Candidates should bring 8+ years in FIX engineering and derivatives trading, with expertise in market data, scripting, and robust incident management. Houston-based on-site role preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in front-office application support and vendor management.
• 8+ years in commodity trading, capital markets, or investment banking.
• 8+ years of FIX engineering, including exchange/vendor certification.
• Strong knowledge of exchange-traded derivatives lifecycle.
• Experience with electronic trading systems & algorithmic trading.
• Market data platforms and EMS/OMS: Bloomberg, Refinitiv, TT, NYFIX, TradingScreen.
• Strong scripting: Python, PowerShell, C# or SQL.
• TCP/IP, multicast and messaging protocols.
• Production support, incident management, troubleshooting and system resilience.
• Experience supporting mission-critical global trading environments.
