Job summary

Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, is hiring an HVAC Sales Associate in Braintree, MA (moving to Taunton). You will lead sales of parts, equipment, and services through phone and in-person interactions.

You will support the internal sales team with order processing, pricing, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution while researching market data to keep inventory competitive. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4–6 years of HVAC or

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
4 to 6 years of HVAC and/or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and in-person interactions.
Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing and warranty administration.
Research pricing data to keep inventory competitive while maintaining profitability.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to meet revenue goals.
Expand and grow the customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition.
Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase office revenue.
Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach.
