The Textron Systems Senior Tradeshow & Events Specialist will plan and execute activations for our portfolio of products and domains. Reporting to the Manager of Trade Shows & Events, this role sits within Textron Systems’ Marketing & Communications team and is located in Hunt Valley, MD.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–7 years of event management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets, travel, on-site execution and ROI

Responsabilités

• Supporting annual trade show and event planning and budgeting.
• On-site management for selected events (travel approx. 60%).
• Independently manage event logistics, deadlines, and vendor coordination.
• Lead post-event ROI measurement and continuous improvement efforts.
