CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Administrator to lead export licensing, classifications, and regulatory reviews across aerospace and defense products. You will collaborate with engineering, contracts, legal, and supply chain to ensure compliant transactions under ITAR, EAR, and OFAC guidelines.

The role requires deep knowledge of licensing processes, ECCNs, USML categories, and TCPs, with a strong emphasis on documentation, audits, and process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8 years of trade compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC regulations and export licensing.
• Experience with TAAs, TCPs, and controlled technology transfers.
• Proficiency with regulatory documentation and audits.

Mansioni

• Prepare and administer export licenses, agreements, exemptions, and license provisions.
• Research and assess classifications, USML categories, and ECCNs for hardware, software, tech data.
• Review international shipments and data transfers for license requirements.
• Conduct restricted-party screening and due diligence to identify compliance risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, contracts, and legal to support compliant activities.
