Job summary

Unical Aviation Inc. seeks a Senior Export & Trade Compliance Manager to support the U.S. Export Compliance team.

This role acts as a primary liaison for routine export activities, ensuring alignment with EAR regulations while coordinating with internal functions and the Export Control team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a broad portfolio from daily screening to long-term regulatory research in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Experience in export compliance or regulated environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen daily Restricted Party Screening (RPS) for suppliers and partners with compliance tools and archive results.
• Support shipment clearance and track missing export elements to ensure outbound flow.
• Review EEI filings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with invoices.
