Agile Space Industries is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Contracts, focusing on export-control and trade compliance to support ITAR/EAR requirements across contracts and programs. The role partners with Legal, Engineering, and Operations to translate complex regulatory needs into practical processes for the business.

The ideal candidate will manage licensing, classification, and restricted-party screening, while driving compliance improvements in a fast-growing aerospace

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, engineering, legal studies, or related field.
• Minimum five years in export controls, trade compliance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR and their contract implications.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts with export-control terms.
• Experience with screening, classification, licensing, and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support ITAR/EAR export-control activities and licensing requirements.
• Review contracts for export-control obligations and negotiate terms.
• Maintain records of licenses, approvals, and regulatory actions.
• Assist in TAAs and MLAs coordination and documentation.
• Support audits, training, and cross-functional compliance efforts.
