Job summary

Insitu seeks a seasoned trade compliance licensing professional to manage U.S. export controls, ITAR/EAR license lifecycles, and jurisdiction classifications for unmanned aerial systems.

You will draft and administer licenses, agreements, and compliance programs while coordinating with engineering and program teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with distributed teams, and a track record of delivering compliant licensing solutions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience drafting and managing U.S. export authorities (DoS/Commerce)
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR license lifecycle management and jurisdiction classification
• Experience drafting Commodity Jurisdictions and CCATS applications
• Experience interfacing with technical teams to facilitate objectives
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
