Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive complex security initiatives across engineering, product, and business teams.

You will define technical requirements, decompose them into software and hardware needs, and manage a large set of dependencies to keep schedules on track. Based in Redmond, WA, this on-site role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate in ambiguity, delivering scalable solutions while aligning with release plans and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program or product management experience.
• 7+ years collaborating with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of PM work with software engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical requirements for test, verification and harness of complex systems.
• Decompose requirements into software and hardware aligned with development and verification strategies.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering disciplines to meet schedules.
• Develop program processes and tools as needed.
