Job summary

Amazon Leo is hiring a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Leo Secure Communications team in Redmond, WA. You will drive complex security initiatives, coordinating engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions globally.

You will manage dependencies, define program processes, and lead cross-functional releases, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Onsite location is Redmond, with responsibilities spanning test, verification, and system

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical requirements for test, verification and harness of complex systems
• Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy
• Manage a large number of dependencies across many engineering disciplines to ensure that development schedules are met
• Develop program and team processes and tools, as required
