Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years working directly with engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Experience with third-party vendors
• Experience running an operational excellence program

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated plans, drive execution, and remove blockers for faster delivery with higher quality
• Understand technical requirements including architecture, dependencies, efficiency, and operability
• Secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set milestones and priorities
• Guide teams to identify opportunities for iterative improvements
• Lead multiple complex projects, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance business needs with technical constraints
