Job summary

Sanmina Corporation seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic manufacturing programs in precision metal fabrication and assembly. You will drive end-to-end program lifecycle from NPI through mass production, coordinating design, operations, and supply chain across global sites.

The role requires 8+ years in high-volume manufacturing program management, experience with Oracle ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response, and strong leadership to influence executives and stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; PMP asset.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of multi-site programs focused on precision metal fabrication and assembly.
• Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and WBS to meet financial targets.
• Leverage Oracle ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to drive S&OP alignment and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate program status to executives.
