Job summary

The Center for Advanced Transportation Technology Laboratory (CATT Lab) at the University of Maryland, College Park seeks an experienced Mid/Senior Technical Program Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex software and analytics solutions. This role coordinates across software, data, UX, IT, and support teams, with 80% PM work and up to 20% product ownership responsibilities.

Position can be 100% remote (US-based).

Qualifications

• Five or more years of program/ project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects or programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and analytics solutions.
• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, product stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
