Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software and Algorithms to oversee Battlespace Awareness software development, ensuring alignment with technical, functional, and business requirements. You will lead multi-team efforts in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver on schedule.

The role requires strong software development background, experience with JIRA/Confluence/GitHub, the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Strategy: Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan, including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification.
Documentation and Process Improvement: Ensure comprehensive documentation for the project, including specifications and manuals.
Release Management: Oversee planning and execution of software releases, ensuring quality before deployment.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and status updates.
Resource Allocation: Assess and allocate personnel, software, and hardware resources to support the project.
Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other divisions to ensure integration with program priorities.
