Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Battlespace Awareness software, overseeing development, execution, and delivery to meet technical, functional, and business requirements.

The role requires a strong software background in optimization and estimation, with experience managing multi-team programs and numerous stakeholders, ensuring releases align with schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Extensive project management experience in software development.
Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
U.S. security clearance eligibility required.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan for Battlespace Awareness software.
Establish clear objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs.
Maintain knowledge of algorithms and interfaces for battle management and threat prediction.
Collaborate with SMEs to incorporate relevant innovations into the plan.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Improve project management processes for efficiency.
Oversee release planning and deployment readiness.
Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
Allocate resources and monitor utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across divisions.
Review and update the risk management plan as landscape changes.
