Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Extensive project management experience in software development.
Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan, including feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
Maintain deep understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification.
Stay updated on techniques with SMEs to incorporate innovations into the project plan.
Ensure comprehensive technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency.
Oversee release planning and execution, ensuring quality before deployment.
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with regular status reports.
