Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Battlespace Awareness software suite. You will lead cross-functional teams, define execution plans, and align technical goals with program objectives to ensure timely delivery.

You bring a strong background in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, with hands-on software development experience and a track record of managing complex multi-team projects in defense programs. A US security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan for feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs.
• Maintain understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification for integration with the C2 system.
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports; improve project management processes.
• Oversee release planning and execution; ensure quality standards before deployment.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assess and allocate resources to support the project; monitor utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs; update risk management plans.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure software supports program priorities and integration requirements.
