Responsibilities

• Own technical programs that improve systems, tooling, and workflows behind customer self-service and AI-assisted discovery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate knowledge taxonomies into technical specs, APIs, and schemas.
• Lead planning and delivery of workflow automation, CMS improvements, and launch-readiness tooling.
• Partner to ensure knowledge is accurate, machine-readable, and governance-compliant.
• Build and run an operating cadence for roadmap tracking, risk management, and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and scale beyond headcount growth.
