Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Knowledge Systems team to translate knowledge strategy into technical execution. You will bridge customer self-service, internal tools, and AI-assisted support, delivering scalable, well-governed knowledge systems.

You'll own programs across workflows, CMS improvements, and data schemas, partnering with engineering, product, and compliance to ensure accurate, machine-readable content and measurable impact on efficiency and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or leadership in a complex cross-functional environment.
• Experience with information retrieval architectures (vector databases, RAG) and CMS platforms.
• Strong systems thinking with focus on customer impact, compliance, and performance.
• Experience translating operations strategy into technical requirements and data schemas.
• Knowledge of content systems, knowledge management, and internal tooling in CX/ops.
• Proven ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders with accountability.
• Experience leading ambiguous, multi-team initiatives from concept to launch.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own technical programs improving systems, tooling, and workflows behind customer self-service and AI-assisted discovery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate knowledge taxonomies into APIs, schemas, and execution plans.
• Lead planning and delivery of high-leverage initiatives like workflow automation and CMS improvements.
• Partner to ensure knowledge is accurate, machine-readable, and compliant for customers and staff.
• Build and run an operating cadence for technical initiatives, roadmap tracking, risk management, and delivery accountability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and scale with business complexity and launch volume.
