Job summary

Justjoin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering) to drive large software initiatives across multiple teams, coordinating SaaS, Azure, Databricks, data pipelines, and AI/ML efforts. You will report to the CTO and shape delivery with clear ownership, milestones, and impact.

You’ll run Scrum/Kanban, ensure Jira reflects work, translate business requests into engineering requirements, and push teams toward reliable delivery while providing visibility into progress, blockers, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management / Engineering Delivery experience.
• Experience running complex software projects across multiple teams.
• Excellent Jira + Agile experience and delivery ownership.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud, APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, QA, and AI/ML environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering projects from planning to production.
• Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and commitments.
• Push Engineering Managers for clear ownership and follow-through.
• Run effective Scrum/Kanban delivery processes.
• Ensure Jira accurately represents engineering work.
• Review epics/stories for readiness to develop.
• Translate business requests into engineering requirements.
• Enforce engineering intake and change control.
• Provide CTO with visibility into progress, blockers, and risks.
• Lead projects delivering new product/client capabilities.
