Qualifications

7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a matrixed environment.
Hybrid delivery experience (Waterfall & Agile).
Experience with SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
Strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage programs/projects through the full lifecycle with cross-team accountability.
Collaborate with product mgmt, engineering, and operations to define scope, resources, and timelines.
Engage senior leaders to align on status, risks, and decisions.
Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans with TPM peers.
Lead program meetings to drive decisions and remove obstacles.
Create and maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.
