Anthropic Limited is hiring a Senior TPM leader to own program management across our infrastructure ecosystem—from compute provisioning to production workloads. You will scale datacenters, drive multi-cloud strategies, and build the TPM function to support Anthropic’s rapid growth.

You will report to the Head of TPM and partner closely with engineering leaders on strategy, roadmapping, and alignment of TPM support for high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• 7+ years directly managing TPMs.
• Experience scaling TPM teams in fast-moving environments.
• Experience across infrastructure—datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own 2–3 high-priority programs across infrastructure while building the team.
• Lead end-to-end program execution including datacenter bring-up and capacity planning.
• Develop processes and playbooks; codify best practices.
• Coach and develop TPMs; transition programs to the team as you hire.
• Plan with engineering leads; manage staff levels and priorities during builds.
• Represent TPM with senior leadership; communicate status, risks, and resource needs.
