Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with teams owning enterprise foundations—security controls, identity, data governance, and spend management. This senior role reports to leadership across product, engineering, and GTM to map coverage, gaps, and progress for enterprise readiness.

You will drive top-priority programs end to end, translating regulatory requirements into roadmaps and coordinating with legal, compliance, and GTM to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience driving enterprise-ready security & compliance capabilities.
• Ability to align product, engineering, and GTM leaders on roadmap.
• Experience with regulated industries: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP.

Responsibilities

• Run planning and cadence for the foundational-capability roadmap across surfaces.
• Drive high-priority programs end to end from scoping to delivery.
• Shape readiness criteria for new products before enterprise deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on deals and reviews.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technical programs with timelines.
