Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a high-impact cross-organizational program as part of our enterprise AI platform initiative. You will own the integrated execution plan, manage dependencies, and drive readiness for executive-level decisions while collaborating with multiple engineering teams.

This highly technical role requires translating complex architecture and rollout strategies into clear, actionable plans and narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience, or equivalent leading large-scale software programs.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional programs from definition through launch.
• Experience leading release readiness for production systems.
• Strong track record of identifying delivery risk early, driving mitigation plans and making escalation decisions.
• Sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with senior engineers on architecture, rollout strategies and dependencies.
• Experience defining program metrics and using data to guide execution and executive decision-making.
• Exceptional written communication skills for executive narratives.
• Nice to have: AI/ML product delivery experience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable leader for one strategic cross-organizational program with clear business impact.
• Build and maintain the integrated execution plan, including milestones and dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end risk management by identifying indicators and removing blockers.
• Define and raise the quality bar with objective launch criteria across functionality, reliability and security.
• Lead release readiness across Engineering, Product, Platform, Security and Legal teams.
• Make delivery trade-offs explicit with documented decisions and mitigation plans.
• Drive executive decision-making with concise narratives and data.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics for scope, schedule and risk.
• Build lightweight planning and execution mechanisms across teams.
• Influence decisions without direct authority to align stakeholders around outcomes.
