Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end enterprise AI deployments, coordinating across Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Architects, Product, Sales, Solution Engineering, and partner teams. You will be the central delivery owner, ensuring on-time, scalable implementations while building governance, risk management, and runbooks to mature the delivery organization.

Strong cross-functional leadership and mentoring will be essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven ability to lead complex deployments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical credibility to discuss APIs, integrations, and infrastructure trade-offs.
• Experience navigating Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for enterprise AI deployments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery pods and govern plans and risks.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for executive sponsors and technical leaders.
• Coordinate integrations, environments, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Mentor junior TPMs and scale delivery processes.
