Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Implementation to act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product and Operations, driving alignment as our platform grows. You will translate high-level business objectives into technical milestones and ensure seamless delivery to customers across multiple teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex interdependencies, and communicate program health and KPI updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale initiatives with roadmaps, milestones and cross-team tracking.
• Translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and manage feature rollouts.
• Map and manage interdependencies between core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and balance delivery speed with technical debt.
• Provide clear updates on program health, resources and KPIs to leadership.
