Job summary

OncoHealth is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Engineering) to drive complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives powering oncology utilization management and digital health platforms.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Clinical Operations to translate strategy into executable plans, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality software at scale across the US. Strong communication and disciplined program management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a TPM or Release Manager in a software engineering organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, timelines, resources, communications, risk and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and client/server architecture.
• Deep expertise in managing complex programs using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, with scaled Agile.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI-ACP) in regulated software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Engineering initiatives aligned with OKRs and product roadmaps.
• Map and manage technical dependencies across multiple teams (platform, client, data, analytics, DevOps).
• Champion Agile workflows and support grooming, stand-ups, sprint planning, testing and retrospectives.
• Maintain real-time program health using data-driven insights and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Refine delivery methodology leveraging Lean and Agile to eliminate bottlenecks in the SDLC.
