Qualifications

• Minimum of five years as a TPM in a fast-paced software development environment.
• Hands-on software or engineering background to read architecture and design docs, map cross-service dependencies, and challenge senior engineers on technical tradeoffs and estimates.
• Strong project management experience for software development with practical command of multiple methodologies.
• Track record owning cross-functional engineering efforts and reprioritizing on technical grounds.
• Experience standing up delivery and tracking processes in an org with little existing structure.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Grow the impact of the simulation teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own the most important cross-team engineering efforts from definition through test and delivery.
• Turn roadmaps into trackable near-term plans with leadership visibility on ships.
• Run the group’s operating cadence including all-hands and cross-team initiatives.
• Provide leadership with clear delivery status, surface blockers early, and escalate tradeoffs when needed.
• Define how the group plans, tracks, and ships work; drive process changes for cross-team delivery.
• Clear blockers for platform engineers and hold senior staff accountable on technical grounds.
