Job summary

Anduril Industries in Seattle, WA is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Lattice Simulation group. You will own cross-team programs from definition to delivery, turning roadmaps into concrete plans and ensuring predictable execution with leadership visibility.

You will work with strong engineering leaders to manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and you will shape how the org plans, tracks, and ships in a fast-growing defense technology company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a TPM in a fast-paced software environment.
• Ability to read architecture and design docs and map cross-service dependencies.
• Experience standing up delivery and tracking processes in loosely structured org.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Grow the impact of simulation teams and drive cross-team efforts from definition through delivery.
• Turn roadmaps into trackable near-term plans and provide leadership with a clear view of shipping schedule.
• Run the group's operating cadence (rhythm, all-hands, cross-group initiatives).
• Provide clear delivery status, surface blockers early, and escalate tradeoffs when needed.
• Define how the group plans, tracks, and ships work and drive process improvements for cross-team delivery.
