Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee the software release lifecycle within Air Dominance & Strike. This role will serve as the operational backbone for release cycles, partnering with engineering leadership to ensure on-time, high-quality software releases for customers.

You'll blend strategic systems thinking with execution excellence, identify dependencies and risks, and build scalable processes that improve release quality and speed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience managing technical programs in high-paced, mission-critical software environments
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
• Deep technical understanding of software lifecycles, architectures, testing, and QA principles
• Relentless prioritization to drive critical path issues to resolution
• Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to drive decisions and improve release health
• Highly organized with ability to manage concurrent priorities

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software release lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Define and evolve quality gates, test strategies, and release metrics
• Collaborate across engineering, test, evaluation, and program management teams
• Establish prioritization frameworks and actionable plans to resolve blockers
• Architect and promote a scalable release management process
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence to track progress and visualize metrics
