Anduril Industries is seeking an AIS Technical Program Manager to lead the development and integration of Anduril products with government and industry partners. You will coordinate plans, scope, and work across teams to turn concepts into operational capability.

The role emphasizes systems mindset and execution, working with Chief Engineer, internal and external stakeholders, and delivering life‑saving capabilities to warfighters with fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, or related PM in a relevant industry.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Familiarity with government acquisition and reporting processes.
• Comfortable with contract financial data as it pertains to invoicing & staffing burn rates against contract ceilings.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations in technical and programmatic reports to key leadership and customers.
• Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment.
• Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow.
• Experience with government contracts strongly preferred.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑functional execution across hardware and software to flight/fielding milestones.
• Identify and resolve interface mismatches and integration gaps before blockers.
• Coordinate rapid software sprints with long‑lead hardware fabrication and integration milestones.
• Own contract deliverables and ensure timely submission and contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and budget, propose actions to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare management reports and burn‑down plans with clear ownership.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to plan and execute program initiatives.
